My Vote Wisconsin is an invaluable resource for every WI voter.
Voting Via Absentee Ballot Or In Person Information
A Photo I.D. is required to receive a ballot in all special and regular elections. If you have not previously voted in the Town of Algoma, or have had an address or name change, you must register to vote.
To vote in the Town of Algoma
- You must be at least 18 years of age on or before election day.
- You must have been a resident of the town a minimum of 28 days prior to election day. (If not, you are eligible to vote in your previous town/city/village or by absentee ballot from that town/city/village.)
- You must register and present proof of residence. A current driver license will work if the address is current. A utility bill, checking account statement, real estate tax bill and lease may be used as proof of residence if it contains your name and current address.
- You are a United States Citizen.

Additional Voting Information
There are eight wards and three County Supervisory districts in the Town of Algoma. For the voters and for reporting purposes to the County, our wards are combined, except when voting on information pertaining to schools. Most of the town is in the Oshkosh School District, but there are a few voters that fall within the Omro School District
