New Reservations Temporarily Suspended

The Town has placed a temporary suspension on new hall reservations while a revised rental policy/agreement is being developed. This pause will allow us to thoroughly address all outstanding issues, including staffing concerns. It will also give us time to launch a new rental reservation system, which will make checking availability and booking the hall easier than ever.

We anticipate completing this work in time for the 2026 rental year. Any changes made during the suspension will apply to new reservations beginning January 1, 2026.

This temporary suspension was recommended by staff and approved by the Town Board at the April 16, 2025, meeting.

The temporary suspension does not affect existing 2025 reservations. If you have already reserved the Town Hall for an event in 2025, your rental will proceed as planned, following the terms outlined in your signed agreement. We are simply not accepting any new requests to rent the Town Hall at this time.
