While Harter’s carts are not owned outright by residents, the one-time fee of $115 per cart covers the following:
- Delivery and assembly of the new cart(s)
- All maintenance, repairs, and replacements due to damage caused by Harter’s OR from normal wear and tear
- Removal and disposal of your old cart (if needed)
If you currently have functional Toter carts, there is no change. You own the Toter carts and can use them indefinitely.
