Now accepting rental reservations for 2026!
We are now able to accept reservations online. Below you will find the availability calendars for Private Individuals and Fee-Exempt Organizations. Please review the correct calendar. Once you find the date you would like to book, as long as it is available, you will be able to click on the button that says, Book Now. This will take you to our HeyGov page to fill out all the required information and make payment. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. The signed agreement and payment are required before we can guarantee your date. Reservations can only be made 6 months in advance.
Please review the rules & guides before booking. You can also print the information and either mail or bring the signed agreement and payment in to the Town Hall to book your event.
